welcome to ely eventing centre
Ely Eventing Centre is home to Cambridgeshire’s premier equestrian event - The Childeric Saddles Little Downham Horse Trials and works closely with British Eventing to put on 9 days of affiliated eventing each year across four events, all of which are organised by Ely Eventing Centre's owner Tina Ure.
2020 saw Little Downham return to the international scene with the addition of the CCI4*-S, since then the venue has hosted CCI1*, CCI2*-S and CCI3*-S as replacement events.
The chief asset at Ely Eventing is the unique peaty soil available in the fens. This allows excellent ground conditions throughout the year despite the weather conditions. The Cross Country course is open all year round, depending on weather conditions.
