How long do we get to use the schooling course for?
Schooling sessions are booked in 1 hour windows, however we appreciate that you may need more time. Take the amount of time you need.
Bookings are limited to 10 horses per hour.
Please be considerate of other riders at busy times.
Is the cost per horse or per hour?
Schooling is charged at £30 per horse. Increasing to £33 per horse from 2026.
How do I book multiple horses?
If you would like to bring multiple horses, this can be done in a number of ways:
1) If you intend on having a number of horses on the course at the same time or riding 2/3 horses within the same 1 hour window – select the relevant number of ‘participants’ on the 1st page.
2) If you are spreading horses over multiple time slots, add 1 horse at a time and instead of clicking ‘Book Now’, click ‘Add More Bookings’ and repeat the process.
At the moment mixing methods 1 and 2 doesn’t work – however we are looking at a way around this.
How do I book Show Jumping?
Unfortunately due to the amount of damage done to show jumps we have suspended the use of the grass show jumping arena.
How soon will I be receive a refund/re-booking voucher?
For re-booking after a cancelled session please email [email protected]
In the event on monetary refunds, this may take up to 7 days
Who should I contact if I have a query about online booking?
All online booking queries should be directed to Sarah on [email protected]
I'm organising some clinics or group events, how do I go about this?
Please email [email protected] in the first instance to check availability. We can then reserve a number of spaces for you. Clinic/group organisers can then book the required number of sessions in advanced. Please note we do have slightly different Terms & Conditions for clinic bookings.
All instructors teaching clinics are required to have the appropriate level of insurance. We reserve the right to check cover is adequate prior to clinics proceeding.
